No, "Buy Now" items cannot be combined with other items.

Items over $800 that are imported into the United States may be subject to additional duties or brokerage fees that are the buyer's responsibility.

What kind of documentation is required for a shipping damage claim?
Photographs of the shipping label, package, packing materials, and damaged item are required.
Returns are offered only if merchandise was damaged during shipping or if the item is not as described. We must be contacted within five business days of receipt to qualify for a return.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, certain bulk and lot items like Jewelry Grab Bags/Boxes, Bulk Currency Lots, Bulk Lego & Mini-Figures lots, and Bulk Cell Phone lots are not accepted for return.
I received my item, but I don't like it. Can I return it?
Returns are only accepted if the item was damaged during shipping or not as described in the listing.

Local pick-up is available from Monday through Wednesday, 9:00 am-4:00 pm, and on Thursdays and Fridays, 9:00 am-5:30 pm.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes, but you must contact us in advance, and the person picking up the item must present a valid government-issued photo ID.
What happens if I don't pick up my order within 14 days?
If items are not picked up within 14 days, they will be re-listed and resold. You will receive a refund for the price of the item, but the handling fee will not be refunded.
Can I pay for local pick-up orders in person?
No, payments must be made through the ShopGoodwill.com website prior to pick-up.
