Goodwill Career Centre Live Chat Now Available

The Goodwill Career Centre has introduced a new website feature – Live Chat.

Do you have a question about the Goodwill Career Centre, programs and services, or require assistance? You can now chat live with a Customer Service Rep from any of our Goodwill Career Centre Locations.

The Live Chat feature can be found in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen on a number of Career Centre related webpages on www.goodwillindustries.ca

The Goodwill Career Centre Live Chat is accessible:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

When trying to access Live Chat outside of the accessible hours, you will have the option to send an email. You will then be contacted directly through the email you provide and have the opportunity to ask your questions via email.

To get started:

1.) Click on the Live Chat icon

2.) Type your message and press enter

3.) You will be prompted to fill out the ‘required fields’ to start the chat. This includes your first name and your email. You can then press the checkmark to continue after filling out your information. (This information helps the Customer Service Rep know who they are talking to and how they can reach you.)

4.) Live Chat has now started.

5.) You will be asked what location you would like to receive information about and will be connected with a rep from that location.

Note: When you are done, you can end the chat by pressing the ‘x’ button on the top right-hand corner of the chat.
