We can support you with employer matching with targeted jobs and role descriptions; assisting with resume development, job search and interview techniques, and coaching is offered through the transition for the employee and new employer if needed. Supports such as interview clothing, work clothing and transportation can be provided as well.
Networking and connections such as strategic partnerships with employers, industry associations, and job developer networks are essential to this phase.
Goodwill currently has relationships with over 500 employers across our region.
