Michelle Repuski has spent her career in the field of helping individuals with barriers to employment. From her first job as a specialized student-social services caseworker through to her current role with Goodwill Industries Ontario Great Lakes, supporting and empowering those in need has been a focus.

Michelle joined Goodwill in 1996 and has been part of continuous improvement modelling to develop services across multiple platforms and program funders. Service Quality is a key focus for Michelle and she is proud to have led the Goodwill Ontario Great Lakes team to our first CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) Accreditation in 2021.

Michelle has participated in several Goodwill International initiatives including the Goodwill-Indeed Fellowship program where she had the unique opportunity to serve as an advisor and implementation partner to Indeed in generating and testing new ideas for products and supports aimed at collectively helping job seekers get hired.

Michelle holds a B.A. from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor of Adult Education from Brock University. Additionally, Michelle has completed the Goodwill Industries International Senior Leader Program; an intensive learning experience focusing on organizational and teamwork skills to handle the formidable challenges associated with moving into new and increasingly complex leadership roles. She currently serves on the Tri-County Literacy Network Board of Directors.
